AN ACCOUNTANT GROUP WITH 200 EMPLOYEES RELYING ON OS SKILL TO MANAGE ITS COMPETENCIES

« Up to then, we did not have any competency framework. Our existing competency evaluation grid was very generic. Thanks to the Os Skill Software, the group’s managers can now visualize the competencies of their teams and compare them to the entire group thanks to circles (of different size and color). The employees also have access to the application, enabling them to see the rating of their competencies compared to the competencies on the company’s cartography. This allows them to see their abilities according to the competencies required for an internal job opening. The trainings made by all employees are also traced progressively and are visible on the same maps.»
